What is your goal for this year's IBC show?

EditShare's toolset is expanding with the recent exciting acquisition of QC and file verification specialist Quales. Our goal is to inform our customers on how QC and its tight integration within the EditShare ecosystem enables them to work smarter, not harder.

What will be the big tech trends at this year's IBC? 

4K, HDR and beyond, along with remote and collaborative workflows. EditShare is right in there.

What gear/software/platform do you wish someone would make? 

A camera that could add codecs to it as they were released. 

What's your fondest IBC/Amsterdam memory? 

Cyclists cyclists cyclists! It amazed me how many people used it as their public mode of transport. I am now a keen cyclist myself.

Can you speak Dutch? 

The basic words I have learnt. My personal opinion is you always get better service when you try to make a concerted effort to speak to people in their own language, whether you're good or bad at that language.
