Simplestream enables OTT sports for MP & Silva

Live streaming and live-to-VOD solutions provider Simplestream, has announced a partnership with sports distribution company MP & Silva. Simplestream will provide support for multiscreen and OTT video services associated with MP & Silva’s sports federations, clubs and media clients.

The London-based company will support MP & Silva’s Technology Services Ecosystem through the development of a full range of multiplatform video distribution including live streaming, real-time highlights clipping, catch-up, social syndication and subscription management services. The company will also provide a number of customisable options, including the ability to integrate a branded video player into publisher’s websites, as well as white-labeling the Simplestream Media Manager to broadcasters to extend reach and rights-optimisation through multiscreen OTT services. 

Simplestream currently works with over 100 broadcast channels, specialising in live streaming and fast-to-market event-based digital services.
