ABonAir's new wireless transmitter is suitable for ENG and basic sports coverage

ABonAir is offering a new budget system for wireless microwave transmission for broadcast. The AB405 system offers professional quality transmission technology for distances up to 750 meters.

The ABonAir AB405 wireless video system enables camera teams to wirelessly transmit video directly from cameras to media centres or OB vehicles. The AB405 is designed for ENG teams and for video assist requiring high quality images and a stable link. It's also optimised for basic sport coverage in universities and schools.

Built on a bi-directional radio channel between transmitter and receiver, ABonAir’s systems acknowledge the correct acceptance of each group of pixels, to provide reliable transmission. The AB405 utilises full MIMO radio employing two antennas at the transmitter and receiver to ensure coverage even in extreme radio signal environments.
